The hotel had a very central location and it was an easy walk to Ba da Pagoda. And walking distance to restaurants and eateries, it was a bonus.
The breakfast they served was limited, hope one day it will be way much better.

It was a very very good experience overall. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Set so close to Hoan Kiem lake and the centre of the old town and the Old Quarter in the busy area.

Everything was very good and I had a really good time. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was savoury and with a turkey. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Temple. Small restaurant an easy walk to the hotel.

The personnel was always personable, efficient check-in, plus the service was nice. Breakfast was fine and had variety of options — toast, pastries and eggs. Soft bed, gorgeous room. Everything was brand-new during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very dirty bathroom.

Best stay in this hotel. Staff was obliging, handy location in a beautiful area. Well-kept unit with crockery and cutlery. Breakfast had plenty of options and eggs, fresh bread, toast and pastries were astonishing.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Unforgettable stay, perfect place for holiday. The location and staff were excellent, I enjoyed it. And it also had splendid view. Generally everything was fab, though the bathroom was very small. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs, pastries and toast.
